How we handle your data

What we keep

Your name, e-mail address, phone number and the dates of your stay — only what we need to prepare the cabin and send you the door code. Payments are handled by our card processor; we never see your full card number.

How long

Booking records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, then deleted. Guest accounts can be closed at any time.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in to your guest account. There is no advertising or tracking on this website.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to privacy@winterforest.giize.com. You can also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
